– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp cumin (floor)
– 1 tsp paprika
– half of tsp dried oregano
– half of tsp coriander (floor)
– pinch of salt
– pinch of cayenne pepper (optionally available)
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– half of tbsp of chili spaste (optionally available, add spice as you want!)
– salt and pepper

– half of cup of chopped onion
– 2 or three cloves of garlic, minced

– tortillas – your alternative!
– lime wedges for garnish (optionally available)


– half of cup cashews – soaked in a single day or for a number of hours
– 1 sm avocado, or half of a big one
– 1 clove of garlic
– juice of half of a lime
– 1/four cup cilantro
– salt and pepper
– water (optionally available, ~1 tbsp)



– half a small reg cabbage, thinly shredded
– 1/four cup cilantro
– half of cup crimson onion, thinly sliced
– juice of 1 lime
– 1 tbsp olive oil




*Soak the cashews the night time earlier than or within the morning

Drain the jackfruit, and rinse, then in a bowl, break aside till it resembled pulled meat. You may as well place it in a ziplock bag, which makes it barely simpler.
